  • Let the lawsuits flow

    Miles Mathis

Some apparently good news is coming out this week, indicating the Phoenicians aren’t having
everything their way. I will compile the high points for you here.
The biggest news is Kansas suing Pfizer for fraud for lying about the safety of the Covid vaccines. I
would expect other states to join this suit, perhaps as many as thirty of them, since all states will be
seeing big losses from the Covid fraud. The attorneys for Kansas can now cite the recent appellate
decision in California, where the judges ruled that the new “vaccines” do not match the old definition
of vaccine used in cases back to smallpox rulings by the Supreme Court a century ago. The California
judges ruled in favor of plaintiffs who had argued these vaccines were not vaccines at all, being
treatments for symptoms rather than inoculations. That was pretty easy to do, since the CDC and FDA
changed the definition of vaccine to fit these new products. Big Pharma has admitted in their own
literature the “vaccines” lessen the severity of symptoms, but cannot prevent them or provide immunity
    from them.
Even that is a lie, since it is doubtful the “vaccines” can even lessen the severity of symptoms. What
the faux-vaccines do—based on a real track record—is make those who take them MORE susceptible
to future infections, as well as generate blood clots, heart attacks, miscarriages, cancer, and a host of
    other diseases.

  • End Of An Era: Vaccine Choice Canada Discontinuing Anti-Lockdown Case – Canuck Law

Is/was there any real opposition to the government’s mandates for simulated forced vaccination?

Does anyone remember the hype in alternative media circles about Vaccine Choice Canada taking on Justin Trudeau and Doug Ford over martial law measures? It seemed to be the beginning of something grand. This would be the big case to stop the New World Order. But in the end, nothing ever came of it. The case sat idly for years, even as more donations were solicited. The quality of the pleadings themselves was very questionable. There weren’t even service addresses for most Defendants, despite them being fre

  • Parsing “Yay, we did it!” informational misdirection campaigns.

“Yay, we did it!” focused on WHO campaigns, is a method to induce readers, listeners and viewers to misunderstand and ignore legal authorities already centralized by domestic communicable disease control law, vaccine production and supply contracts (domestic and international), and international Mutual Recognition Agreements, already invoked and enforced during Covid, and to a lesser extent, during previous alleged pandemics.

  • Del Bigtree gatekeeper

    https://open.substack.com/pub/peggyhall/p/del-says-his-vaccine-confidence-bill?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=zbm9

Del said that this bill was “too clever” for some people to understand and that it was a “Trojan horse” meant to pave the way for more vaccine testing. I’m not in favor of vaccine testing at all. I’m certainly not in favor of testing childhood vaccines on children. This is what Del Bigtree stands for, and this is what RFK Jr. stands for. I hope you will watch Del Bigtree’s episode 376, where he states that this bill does not override other exemptions. So then, why do we need it? That was one of my criticisms: we don’t need more laws, and we certainly don’t need a law that states that if a vaccine has been approved by the FDA after being tested for one year against a placebo or another vaccine it can be required, it promotes the use of vaccines and confidence in the FDA.

  • National and worldwide vaccination programs and US-FDA vaccine non-regulation as among the longest of long cons.

National and worldwide vaccination programs and US-FDA vaccine non-regulation as among the longest of long cons. Learn to distrust pharma, FDA, Congress, vaccination, vaccine-regulation, and ‘vaccine confidence’ promotional campaigns. For more than 100 years, confidence men (con men) have been inducing marks to accept real chronic disease and sudden death, caused by vaccination, in exchange for false protection against communicable disease, by deceiving marks into believing the lie that communicable disea

  • 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling – can’t force covid19 treatment

    Miles Mathis reports:

We are seeing the same thing today with the 9th
Circuit Court of Appeals ruling the Covid vaccines are
not vaccines. Looks like Pfizer forgot to pay off these judges. In arguments the CDC admitted the
vaccines were not vaccines, conferring no immunity and only (allegedly) mitigating symptoms. That is
a treatment, not a vaccine. This confirms what some of us have been screaming for years, to no avail.
It was obvious to anyone with even a rudimentary knowledge of medicine or history that these were not
vaccines, which is why I called them fake vaccines or faux-vaccines. They were called vaccines only to
finagle legal immunity for the drug companies and qualify them for government pushing. That and to
    capture public trust.
This is being reported by alternative sites like Zerohedge and Infowars, so as usual I did a general
search, to see how widely it was being reported in the mainstream. As I expected, it has been buried.
Most big mainstream news agencies are not just burying it, they are not reporting it at all. Bing
returned zero results in a general search for this from mainstream news agencies. Other mysterious
new sites are being toplisted, claiming that isn’t what the judgment says. In other words, the CIA and
Alphabet are burying it by their own sneaky methods, by downlisting it, censoring it, or lying about it.
Pfizer didn’t need to buy these judges because they already own the media. In that way they can just
fail to report it or assure you the judges didn’t say what they said.

  • On hospital and nursing home death protocols.

A reader at Hana’s Substack suggested that health care workers would not have and do not commit intentional acts to harm patients, because they would have been and are concerned about losing their medical licenses. My reply, expanded: The HCWs licenses were and are on the line only to the extent they refused/refuse the orders to follow the death protocols, because the death protocols were and are covered by the PREP Act declarations, and the only liability vulnerability a HCW faces, during active PREP Act

There is no ‘top trumps’ on the worst of vaccines that include an aluminium adjuvant. However, so-called vaccines against the human papilloma virus (HPV) must give most a run for their money.
